Attention Digital Scrapbookers

I am "mostly" a traditional scrapbooker - not because I prefer the outcome, but because I'm on a computer all day at work and home and prefer to still have the option to hand-craft. But there are a lot of situations that I find myself preferring to do it digitally but am not satisfied with the "options" out there. Since then, I've made my own layouts in Photoshop and then upload as a whole layout and go that route...MUCH easier.

Anyway, the Shabby Princess/Shabby Shoppe is offering a new layout challenge on their blog. I LOVE THERE STUFF - not only because it's the most complete kits out there for the money, but because it's not one of those "vote" challenges. It's random, but the cool thing is that it gets you to start trying it out! Anyway, check it out at Easy-As-Pie Template Challenge {EIGHT}

Even though I don't plan to digitally scrapbook this particular layout, I realized it's a fun thing to do for photography clients. Aren't my twin newphews cute? Of course, their big brother is darn cute too, but this wasn't a page about him! Anyway, you can see their template and what I was able to do with it...not too "shabby," huh?!
