Don't forget to spend the time to tweak your landscape shots. Of course the easiest way to do this is in a Raw Editor, but even if the shot is a jpg, it still has a lot of potential. Check out the before and after. The first shot was so void of color it looked like a black and white photo, so I ran a Lomo/Cross Processing Filter on it and while it's probably not ideal, you can see how it gave it a little life.
