I could go on and on about the benefits of shooting in RAW mode (for you SLR users), but sometimes photos say it all. The image on the right is a standard JPG and the image on the left is the RAW version of it, where I tweaked color, curves and clarity. I just can't go back to shooting JPEGS...the options are too endless in RAW mode! (User note: I edit my RAW images with Photoshop).
